Collection and use of personal data from customers, suppliers and other contractors

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you provide us with no or insufficient personal data, it is possible that we cannot perform the aforementioned activities.
Transfer to third parties
In connection with the performance of a possible agreement with you, we may have to provide your personal data to parties that supply parts, materials and products to us or perform work on our behalf. We also use external server space for the storage of (parts of) our sales and purchase administration, which includes your personal data. For this reason, your personal data is provided to our server space provider. We also use Microsoft Office and the associated storage options for e-mails and other files. Google Analytics
Evax has concluded a processor agreement with Google. It contains strict agreements about what they can keep. Evax has not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses. Your IP address is explicitly not used. Evax can therefore not personally trace you.
SSL
To protect your privacy, Evax uses the secure connections (SSL) that protect all information between you and our website when you send personal data to us.
Direct marketing
If you have given us permission to do so, we will store and use the personal data you have provided to inform you personally by e-mail in the future about our existing and new products and services and to make you an offer for this. . Every time we send you an advertising email, you have the option to let us know that you no longer wish to receive this. See the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every mailing.
Retention period of personal data
If you have requested a quote from us but you have not become a customer with us, we will keep your data, provided you want us to delete it. Even if we have received a quote from you, but we have not become your customer, your personal data will be stored. If you have become a customer of ours or if we have become yours, we will keep your personal data for a minimum period of seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was fully performed. The period of seven years corresponds to the period within which we are obliged to keep our records for the tax authorities. After this period we will delete your personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us to view your own personal data. If there is reason to do so, you can also request us to supplement your personal data or to correct inaccuracies. You also have the right to request that your personal data be deleted or the use of your personal data restricted.
